On 19 September 2019, H.E. Busaya Mathelin, Permanent Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, chaired the ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Senior Officials’ Meeting, to discuss cooperation under the APT framework and prepare for the 35th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits, to be convened in October – November 2019 in Thailand.
